Trial Mixture FAQ's

A snack is a tiny amount of food consumed in between meals, usually consisting of a combination of dried fruit and nuts.
Although both nuts and dried fruit are high in calories, they are both healthy. Nuts and fruit, which make up the majority of trail mix, are two foods that promote weight loss. Nuts are a great source of fibre, protein, and good fats, all of which help you feel full. Fruit provides fibre in addition to important vitamins and minerals.
As a blend of nuts, raisins, seeds, and other ingredients, trail mix comprises a wide range of ingredients. It is a heterogeneous mixture as a result.
Your trail mix seems like a tasty alternative to nibbles like chips. A third cup (2 ounces) of trail mix contains roughly 270 calories, 16 grams of fat, 25 grams of carbohydrates, and 4 grams of fibre, depending on the ratio of the ingredients. 300 calories, 29 grams of carbohydrate, and 3 grams of fibre are included in 1 cup of chips.
The standard serving size for trail mixes is 1/4 cup, or roughly one handful. Keep this in mind as you examine the nutrition label and consider how much sodium and sugar you would consume if you doubled, tripled, or even quadrupled your current intake (which is only a few handfuls).
