This standard is reflected in all products sold by us throughout website (hereinafter also referred to as “Site”). These terms and conditions for Return/Refund explain our policy pertaining to returning a product bought from our Site and the circumstances which will entitle a customer to a refund and the manner in which such refund will be processed by us.

Unless in the opinion of the Company, there is a genuine cause for concern, we cannot accept any returns in respect of products purchased from us.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have purchased, please contact us at providing us with inter-alia, your order details.

All claims must be sent to the Company within two days from the date of receipt of the item by the buyer.

Any and all claims to be acknowledged at the sole discretion of the company. The decision of the Company in matters of returns are conclusive, final and will be binding on the customer.


Orders are dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Shipping of Rs. 50/- is charged on orders with minimum value of Rs. 500/- and free shipping on orders exceeding the order value of Rs. 500/- all over India. Most orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.


In the rare event the item purchased from our Site is delivered to in a damaged condition, please let us know by submitting your feedback at subject to the packs remaining unopened within two days.


A transaction attempted by the customer using our Site, which does not result in a confirmed order will be deemed to be an unsuccessful transaction. In such a situation if the customer is charged for the said transaction, the amount charged will be reversed (i.e., refunded to the customer) within fourteen business days from the date the Company is notified about such transaction.
